About Costa Coffee in Next at the Arnison Centre

Costa Coffee, located inside Next at the Arnison Centre, offers a relaxed spot for a coffee break while shopping. Access to the café is available via a lift, escalator, or stairs, although the lift can sometimes be unreliable.

When visiting, it’s best to start the queue near the sandwiches, toasties, and bottled drinks, then move along the counter where you’ll find cakes, muffins, and pastries. Staff will usually ask what drink you’d like and whether you’d like your toasties or paninis warmed up. After ordering, you’ll pay at the till before collecting your food and drinks from the coffee station.

Costa Coffee Club App

You can download the Costa Coffee Club app from the Apple or Android app store on your phone or tablet. The app is easy to set up, and if you need help, staff in-store are happy to assist. Members receive their 10th drink free, as well as exclusive treats, money-off vouchers, and survey invitations.
Surveys are optional, but they sometimes offer rewards or prizes — so they’re worth doing if you’d like to share feedback and earn extra perks.

Alternative Ways to Order

If you’d rather not queue, Costa offers mobile ordering through the app. Once signed in, press the “Order” button (next to Home and Rewards). You’ll see four options:

  • Click & Serve – ideal for eating in; staff bring your order to your table.

  • Click & Collect – for takeaway orders; pick them up from the designated collection point.

Payment is made online by card (cash isn’t accepted for app orders). You can find the menu here.

Accessibility at Costa Coffee (Next)

The café includes three toilets, one of which is a disabled toilet with a lift-up lock that’s easier to use than a turning lock. The disabled toilet also has a baby changing table.

The café layout is quite compact, and tables are close together, which can make it difficult for wheelchair users to move around. Seating options include couches, hard chairs, and soft benches with backrests.

Outside Next, there are plenty of disabled parking spaces, though parking at the Arnison Centre is limited to four hours. Make sure your Blue Badge is clearly displayed when using these bays.
