Opened in 1889 but briefly closed in 2016 for a restoration, Middlesbrough Town Hall soon reopened and has stood in Middlesborough ever since. The hall offers a variety of musical activities (many of which are under the Musinc project), including choirs, performing arts groups, school events and musical instrument training. They also offer a cafe and many different live and monthly events, with the likes of Oasis and Robbie Williams having performed there in the past. You can also hire the venue for meetings and/or conferences.
