First, the Hydrotherapy Pool, the idea behind the hydrotherapy pool is to relax muscles, alleviate pain and can benefit neurologic conditions. It is smaller than a regular pool and water temperature is minimum 32 degrees, this combined with movement and light exercise is very beneficial.
