Sequestered on the grounds of a Georgian mansion, Waterfoot Caravan Park welcomes tourers, motorhomes, caravans and glampers. Their pitches are all hardstanding and come with electric hook-ups. For glampers, a selection of camping pods is available. These pods are insulated and come with basic kitchen and dining facilities. Some of the pods are dog friendly. Furthermore, there is a small number of fully furnished, modern holiday homes available for hire. Additionally, Waterfoot Caravan Park has its very own bar and coffee shop. There is also a small football pitch and play area for children as well as a shop selling basic amenities and gas.
Located on the banks of Ullswater, Waterfoot Caravan Park is just a short walk from Pooley Bridge, where there are plenty of cafés and water activities to explore. The park is located on the Ullswater Way, a 20-mile trail that wraps the circumference of Ullswater. The market towns of Penrith and Keswick are only a short journey away and have a range of attractions from golf and climbing walls to theatres for visitors to explore whilst they travel the Lake District.
